Refund Policy

Refund Policy (JPR Real Estate Photography)

At JPR Real Estate Photography, client satisfaction is important to me. Because our work involves time, travel, and customized services, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.

Refunds for Canceled Appointments

​

  • Full refund if the appointment is canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled shoot.

  • 50% refund if canceled 12–24 hours before the appointment.

  • No refund for cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled shoot or for no-shows, as the time is reserved exclusively for your booking.

 

Rescheduling

 

  • Rescheduling is free if requested 24 hours or more before your appointment.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may require a $25 reschedule fee, depending on availability.

  • If the photographer arrives on-site and the property is not ready to be photographed, a $50 on-site cancellation fee may apply, and the session will need to be rescheduled.

 

Refunds for Delivered Work

​

Due to the nature of digital photography, delivered photos, floorplans, and 3D tours are non-refundable.

However, if you are unhappy with your images, we will gladly make reasonable edits or corrections at no additional charge.

 

Weather & Conditions

​

If weather or unsafe conditions prevent shooting, the appointment will be rescheduled at no cost. Refunds may be issued only if rescheduling is not possible.

 

Travel Fees

​

Any travel fees already incurred (when applicable) are non-refundable.

 

Service Satisfaction

​

If a technical error or issue occurs on our end, JPR Real Estate Photography will correct the problem or provide a partial refund based on what services were affected.
