Real Estate Photography Agreement

 

This agreement outlines the terms between Jackie Peters Ramirez ("Photographer") and the Client ("Agent") for real estate photography services.

 

1. Services Provided

Photographer will provide photography, 3D virtual tours (via Matterport), and floorplans as selected by the Client at time of booking. All services will be delivered digitally.

 

2. Usage Rights & Copyright

Client receives a license for limited commercial use (MLS, print, social media, websites).

Photographer retains full copyright of all images and media.

Photos may be used in JPR Real Estate Photography portfolio, website, or marketing unless otherwise requested.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Photography: 24–48 hours

3D Tours: 24–48 hours

Floorplans: 1–2 business days

Rush delivery may be available upon request.

 

4. Payment

Full payment is due before or upon delivery of final media unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing.

 

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must notify the Photographer at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a session. Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee. No-shows may be billed at full rate.

 

6. Property Condition and Access

The property must be clean and staged prior to the scheduled session. Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, decluttering, or moving items. Additional charges may apply if a re-shoot is required due to property readiness.

Access to the property must be provided via key, lockbox, gate code, or on-site contact.

 

7. Weather Conditions

Outdoor photos may be rescheduled in cases of poor weather. Blue sky and green lawn replacements may be added digitally when needed, at the Photographer’s discretion.

 

8. Liability

Photographer is not liable for damages incurred during the session, including those caused by pets, occupants, or property conditions.
