The Luxe package delivers elevated, detail-driven photography with enhanced color and contrast, clear window views, blue sky and green grass replacement, and fire added to fireplaces, along with a 2D CubiCasa floor plan included for precise dimensions and layout clarity. A virtual twilight image is also included, creating a visually striking presentation designed to captivate buyers and elevate high-impact listings.

While I don’t personally offer drone photography, I work with two experienced, licensed drone pilots that I trust and regularly recommend for real estate listings.
These drone services are booked and billed directly through the pilot listed below. Availability, pricing, and licensing are handled independently by each operator.
